Led the UX strategy and design direction for FORVIA’s flagship CES showcase, establishing a future vision for AI-enabled mobility, voice interaction, personalization, wellbeing and connected services. 
Aligned multiple business units around a unified experience strategy, positioning FORVIA’s transition from a traditional automotive supplier to a digital innovation company.
My Role
UX/UI Lead and Design Owner for FORVIA’s flagship CES 2019 showcase.
Responsible for the end-to-end UX strategy and design of the Cockpit of the Future XP, including the Immersive Sound XP, Wellness Cocoon XP and Intelligent Cockpit XP experience demonstrators.
Directed multidisciplinary teams, external agencies and technology partners.
Aligned multiple business units around a shared future mobility vision.
Managed a cross-functional experience program involving multiple teams, partners and executive stakeholders.
Owned the experience from strategic vision and concept creation through final delivery and launch at CES Las Vegas.
Advanced Safety Demo XP
A scenario-based interaction platform enabling users to seamlessly transition between complete cabin experiences while simplifying complex seating configurations for future autonomous mobility.
Led the UX strategy and design direction, combining real-time visualization, interactive simulation and physical prototyping to make complex system behavior intuitive, transparent and engaging for both customers and business stakeholders.

Responsible for UX strategy, interaction concepts, visualization design and experience architecture.
